"Garden Gate"
by Lena Liu

Lena Liu's Garden Gate
Release Date April 1997

"Garden Gate", inspired by Lena Liu's trip to Butchart Gardens in Victoria, British Columbia, invites visitors to walk along a brick path and delight in the perfumed loveliness of roses and wisteria. Pink geraniums line the brick path and matching terra cotta pots with pink geraniums, purple lobelia and daisies, stand invitingly on either side of the garden gate. The gate opens into a little courtyard where wisteria grows from both sides in cascading vines. The delicate vines trail gracefully from the arbor ceiling, decorating the front of the greenhouse.

"Garden Gate" is a 16" x 20" print that sells for $80. It is also available as an 16" x 20" canvas transfer which sells for $295 unframed (please click for framed prices).

This piece is an ideal companion for Lena Liu's "Rose Arbor".
