Shopping FAQs 

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. American Express is also accepted. For Pre-Order Item your Card will NOT be charged until the item is shipped. You may also send a Check or Money Order as payment to: TOM-C-TOYS 8095 State Rt. 305 Garrettsville, Oh 44231 along with the order information. PayPal can be used at check out by clicking on "Other Payment Method". For PayPal, After order is confirmed ckick on "Continue Shopping" and then click on the "PayPal" icon.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped.

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
Normally if the item has not shipped your card would not have been charged so no credit is due. When a credit is due we submit the credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?
Yes! If the package is damaged contact us immediately and keep ALL PACKING for 10 days. Defective items must be reported within 7 days. We will replace the item when available. If the item is no longer available a refund or a credit for the full amount will be issued.

Items returned for any other reason may be subject to a 10% restocking charge and shipping will not be refunded.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier may charge you freight in both directions.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
We try to keep all items on this site in stock, but sometimes they sell out before we can update the system. You will not be charged and we will send you a notice. Pre-Order items will not be charged until shipped.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
OHIO Sales tax of 7.25% is applied to the sale if it is shipped to an Ohio address.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-7 days. Postal shipments outside the cont. US will take longer.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. Contact us for foreign addresses.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, Use the "Customer Information" area for the address that your credit card has listed (billing address). Use the "Shipping Information" for where you want the order shipped to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges. Most products are shipped via UPS.

Charges are:
$0 ------------ $20.00 = $7.50
$20.01 - to - $30.00  = $7.75
$30.01 - to - $40.00  = $8.25
$40.01 - to - $50.00  = $8.75
$50.01 - to - $70.00  = $9.25
$70.01 - to - $90.00  = $9.75
$90.01 - to - $120.00 = $10.50
$120.01 - to - $140.00 = $11.50
$140.01 - to - $160.00 = $12.50
$160.01 and Up ------------- $14.50

Orders Shipped outside the Cont. US are charged Actual Shipping Cost Plus $2.00.
