     Here we are in the middle of the year already.  These last few months have sped by and been very busy for us. For those of you who have been concerned about CEU credits, we are pleased to let you know that ALL of our classes are approved by the AMTA's NCBTMB and the ABMP.  With the challenges we are all facing with travel these days, some of you may be looking to receive some of your CEU credits by correspondence.  This is what we are looking at doing over the next few months.  By the fall, three of our classes, Ayurvedic Face Rejuvenation, Tibetan Shirodhara, and PediKarma should all be available for correspondence CEUs.  That notice will be posted here on our website.

     For those of you who feel more inclined to do your training more locally, we want to remind you of our two regional trainers; Dawn Tardif of BodiScience in the New England and Tracy Henson in Florida.  Please check our website for dates they will have classes.

     Our book, Ayurvedic Spa,  is available  and helping more therapists and spas to add Ayurveda into their treatment menus.  And for those of you who are bilingual or have Spanish as a first language, Ayurvedic Beauty Care and our "Pedikarma" DVD are now both available on our website.  Robert's new media creations, the "Guided Visualization and Healing Meditations" CD and our DVD, "Journeys into Bliss" are connecting people to the deeper healing potentials of the Tibetan Ayurvedic tradition.  
     The most profound treatment we have offered yet,  Tibetan Chakra Stone Massage, is slowly catching on.  This is as we would expect as this is a departure into psycho-spiritual spa services - something we feel that will be in increasing demand over the coming years. In the past, we have offered the custom made semi-precious stone discs engraved with Tibetan sacred symbols that empower this treatment as part of an elegant set, which includes all the other supplies and tools one needs to do this treatment.  We are now pleased to offer the 5-stone set on their own for those who wish to use them for the chakra treatments that they already offer.  And, we have both the throat and heart chakra stones available as jewelry set in silver on silver chains.  See the Jewelry, Art, and Special Gift section of our Product Catalog for details.

    We have upgraded the look of our entire product range.  We have kept the standard amber glass bottles because we believe they have the lowest impact on the environment and are the best container to preserve our quality products, but we now have new beautiful, oil resistant labels designed labels that follow the Tibetan theme.  We also have some new retail sizes.
     ALSO, for those of you who have been shopping since the beginning of the year, we want to let you know that we have REDUCED the pricing on all of our body products.  The reason is simple: to be able to offer you educated service, we have decided to eliminate distributors.  This has helped us to bring our prices down and not have to compromise our quality in any way.  We hope you enjoy shopping with us.  We are always happy to talk with you about any of our products and services.

     You will also notice that we have included a SERVICES portion of our website.  If you are local or travel to California's Central Coast, we invite you to book an appointment with us for one or several of our treatments and services.  And, for those of you who are looking for descriptions for Ayurvedic services that you offer, feel free to use the language we provide to make the Ayurvedic treatments on your spa menu even more appealing.

     We are still moving toward all our sewing work being done by Tibetan craftsmen with custom embroidery work.  Part of our mission is to provide financial support through trade for women in parts of the world that are unsettled.  Many have suffered great hardship and so need our practical loving support.  

      For those of you that have ever wondered about our name, Diamond Way is a translation from the Tibetan and means that the path to your greatest personal accomplishment comes through unconditionally helping others.  We invite you join us, bringing your love and desire to learn so we can keep these precious ancient traditions alive and thriving in the West.
