Trisodium Phosphate, Chlorinated 4(Na3PO4 · 12 HOH) · NaOCI Active ingredients 3.25% min sodium hypochlorite and 91-75% min trisodium phosphate dodecahydrate.  Inert ingredients below 5% sodium chloride. Properties: White, crystalline, water-soluble solid; stable under normal storage conditions; in solution has the properties of both trisodium phosphate and sodium hypochlorite. Derivation:  By reacting sodium phosphate, caustic soda, and sodium hypochlorite. Hazard:  Irritant to skin and eyes. Use: Cleaner and bactericide in dairies, food plants, dishwashing compounds, and scouring powders.
