"Master inox" mod. 40x40 Filter • Framework built in steel, plated in stainless steel sheet. • Framework on wheels on the 40 model and on fixed base on the 60-80-100 and 120 models. • Screw-type manual closure on the 40 models and hydraulic closure on the 60-80-100 and 120 models. • Valves and control instruments in stainless steel. • Drip-collecting tray in stainless steel. • Plates, either in plastic material or in stainless steel are mounted on the 40 and 60 models; while only stainless steel plates are mounted on the 80, 100 and 120 models. • Due to the parts in contact with liquid in stainless steel construction, it is possible to treat a vast range of even aggressive products and to obtain an effective cleaning and sterilization of the filter. • This filter is apt to hold a variable quantity of plates sized 40x40, 60x60, 80x80, 100x100 and 120x120 cm. • Manual closing with a three-spoke screw with eventual supplement for manual hydraulic closing in the 40 and 60 models. • Hydraulic closing with oleodynamic unit in the models 60-80-100 and 120. Filtration on sheets • The Master-Inox filters are usually equipped with plates for filtering with sheets. • The plates in plastic material are obtained by moulding and they are resistant to steam sterilization. • The plates in stainless steel are of special design and construction for effective cleaning and sterilization. • The gaskets on the passage holes of the plates form a perfect seal, regardless of the thickness or composition of the sheets. Optionals • Blind plate, in stainless steel, for partial use of plate pack. • Reversal plate in stainless steel to enable simultaneous filtration of the same liquid on two different types of sheets. • Sight glass with flowmeter. • Feed pump.
