Fermol® Davis 522
Strong fermenting multi-purpose yeast (for red, white & rose wines)
It is an extremely versatile strain suitable for the production of red, white and rose wines. Selected for its fast multiplication ability, it rapidly prevails over indigenous microflora and completes fermentations in a short period of time. It is resistant to high levels of sulfur dioxide and sugar content. This strain will produce more alcohol than traditional strains. Fermol® Davis 522 does not interfere with aromatic connotations and is neutral to variety.
