Strong fermenting multi-purpose yeast (for red, white & rose wines)
Is a multistrain for regular and complete fermentations under difficult circumstances. The simultaneous use of a S. cerevisiae (Fermol® Premeurs)
with a brief latency period of a  bayanus strain (Fermol® Complet Killer) multiplies strongly even with high alcohol content. Sugar consumption is complete even in the event of sudden fermentation temperature changes. This makes Fermol® Associees an excellent choice for wine production with limited refrigeration, must chiller or heat exchanger use. The non-competing bayanus strain assures a more consistent and complete fermentation. Fermol® Associees displays a complex and intense bouquet due to the two strain capacity. Aromatic precursors are wider than ones generated by single strain varieties.
