Fermentation tanks
Using fermentation tanks in red wine vinification, a fermentation, rich in colour, aroma and taste is obtained, without increasing the sediment value of must.
This is due thanks to breakage and submersion of the layer of solids on the surface, caused by the repassing of must of the separated liquid. Each loading, fermentation and discharge phase can be automatized. Made in stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316.
