Rotary drum vacuum filter "Taylo"
TAYLO filter is supplied as a compact unit, complete with all accessories for the following filtration phases:
- filtering aid suspension,
- precoating,
- solids separation and draining,
- cake cutting and discharge,
- filtrate extraction,
- filter washing.
TAYLO filters are designed and constructed in accordance with food industry standards, using Nickel-Chrome stainless steel (AISI 304) or Nickel-Chrome-Molibdenum stainless steel (AISI 316).

The main characteristics in standard supply are:
- Stepless speed variation of drum remote controlled from the control board.
- Continuous mixing of slurry in trough with an oscillating type agitator.
- Automatic and adjustable micrometric advancement of cake cutting device, remote controlled from the control board.
- Automatic level regulation in trough.
- Scavenge filtration and cloth washing at the end of each cycle.
- Wear resistance of cake cutting knives using a special abrasion-proof material.
- Static antifoam device installed inside the filtrate separation tank. - Saving of water used for vacuum pumps.
The water is recycled and a thermostat controls the automatic restoring.
- Easy and rapid to assembly. Filtrate separation tank, pumps and control board are shipped preassembled on a stainless steel structure.

The electrical connection to the filter is done by a quick closing multipole plug. Filter construction:
- Drum with stainless steel AISI 316 filtering cloth and trough with automatic feed valve controlled by a level control device.
- Filtrate separator outside the drum with static defoaming device.
- Extraction pump controlled by level switch.
- Filtering aid suspension stirrer.
- Vacuum pumps with water recuperator and silencer.
- Control board - IP 55 protection.
