Retainer Information MyCompany.com offers commitment-free one-hour consultations for anyone interested in retaining our legal counsel. We believe that client confidentiality is of utmost importance, and we are committed to holding all client matters in strict confidence. Before retaining the counsel of a MyCompany.com attorney all clients must pay a retainer fee. Retainer fees vary from $1,000 to $5,000, and are determined by the type of counsel required. Unused funds are returned to the client after a settlement is reached in their case. All of our clients are billed by the hour - attorneys are available for $300/hour, and paralegals services are available for $150/hour.
