- All resort fees are due in advance.
- The park speed limit is 15 mph.
- All vehicles must park in their designated spaces; failure to do so may result in your vehicle being towed.
- Registration passes must be visible at all times on the front dash of all vehicles.
- Exterior structures that are not an integral part of your RV are not allowed. These include but are not limited to, workbenches, tents, storage, kennels, fences, etc.
- All sites are designated for one (1) RV and one (1) car. Extra vehicles such as cars, boats, motorcycles and trailers must be parked in a separate designated area.
- The use of generators is forbidden at all times. All RV lots are equipped with electricity for your convenience.
- The hours between 10 pm and 7 am are designated quiet time. Loud disturbances during these hours are subject to fines.
- Wastewater must be disposed of in the designated receptacles. Do not dispose of wastewater on the ground.
- Open fires are not permitted at any time.
- No one under the age of 18 can register for an RV site or stay overnight without an adult (21 years or older).
- We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.
- Checkout time is 12 noon, and check-in time is 2 pm. A late fee of $15 will be charged to any guests who fail to checkout on time.
All guests are required to review and follow our regulations. Any guest who fails to comply with our policies and regulations will be asked to leave our park. | |
